  • Director

    As the Director of the San Joaquin Valley Clean Cities Coalition and the Office Manager for Project Clean Air, Inc., Alley has successfully overseen and managed the administration of CARB-issued grants, ensuring meticulous reporting and invoicing. Her responsibilities include creating agendas, scheduling, moderating, and documenting monthly partner meetings. She is well versed in maintaining compliance with labor and personnel regulations, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, and verifying the authenticity of all financial records. Alley is dedicated to assuring timely payments, reconciling bank statements, and upholding effective communication with the Board of Directors. She guarantees compliance with local, state and federal reportingbrequirements, and meticulously manages the general ledger and accounts in accordance with GAAP and financial regulations for small 501C(3) non-profit corporations.

  • Consultant

    Ollie Danner is an EV Industry pioneer having started his mission in 2013 to help consumers and businesses transition to alternative fuels including electric and hydrogen. He caught the bug with the GM EV1 in late 90’s and began driving and hosting EV events in Bakersfield in 2013 and also helping form the San Joaquin Valley Electric Vehicle Partnership, where he now holds the chairperson position. He’s driven many EV models, including the Nissan Leaf, Chevy Volt and more recently utilizes the Miocar Electric Car Sharing program and currently drives a Tesla Model Y. Some of his past projects include the Electric Car Pledge, which was where consumers pledged to drive electric cars in the US and Canada. EVPerks.com was conceived in 2013, which rewarded consumers for driving electric vehicles. He has organized over 30 EV Ride and Drive events in the San Joaquin Valley, focused on passenger vehicles and commercial fleets. In 2014 he began working with various EV Charging companies, including EVConnect, JuiceBox and ChargePoint to sell and install residential and commercial EV chargers. Projects included various CEC Corridor Grants to deploy EV infrastructure along the 99 and I-5. He was also instrumental in the infrastructure for electric schools for the Los Angeles Union School District. He continues to help organize EV events in the SJV and focuses on the medium and heavy truck electrification industry, including ZeroRig.com, which assists fleet managers and operators select electric and hydrogen trucks on the market, find dealers around the US and search for EV Charging and Hydrogen Refueling stations. And ZEVLane.com, which allows truckers and fleets to find electric truck charging stations. And recently launchedwww.zevergy.com to assist trucking carriers, shippers and private fleets power their electric fleets with microgrids. He attends all major industry events throughout the US and also works with Argonne National Lab on the Off- Grid EV Charging for Electric Fleets study.

  • Codirector & Communications

    Juli Dean serves as Co-Director of the SJVCCC, and is dedicated to advancing clean transportation solutions throughout California's Central Valley. She collaborates with local governments, transportation agencies, utilities, fleet operators, and community organizations to support the deployment of alternative fuel vehicles, transportation electrification, and charging and fueling infrastructure that improve air quality and reduce petroleum dependence. Juli also serves as Communications Coordinator for Project Clean Air, where she leads outreach, communications, and public engagement efforts that promote clean transportation and air pollution reduction.

    With experience administering and supporting federally and state-funded programs, Juli works to connect stakeholders with the resources, technical assistance, and partnerships needed to advance sustainable transportation throughout the San Joaquin Valley. She earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from California State University, East Bay in 2025 and remains committed to fostering collaboration, expanding access to innovative transportation solutions, and improving the health and quality of life of communities across the region.
